The Leadership Intensive

Three days. Two systems. One framework.

The complete first cycle of identityOS and corporateOS — before you commit to the full ongoing rhythm.

Who We Are Precedes What We Do.

Why Identity Comes First

Every organization eventually reaches the limits of the people leading it.

External pressure exposes internal conflict — in decisions, in meetings, in how much a team can actually execute together. No framework survives that for long, no matter how good it is on paper.

That’s why the first two days are identityOS. Leaders resolve the friction that has been difficult to address, rebuild from a clear sense of who they are, and create the trust required for corporateOS to work.

This isn’t a detour from business results. It’s what makes them hold.

identityOS isn’t preparation for corporateOS. It’s the foundation corporateOS is built on.

Only once that’s set do we spend Day 3 building the structure on top of it.

Most operating systems ask you to commit to a multi-year rollout before you’ve felt whether it actually works in your room, with your team. The Leadership Intensive is different: three structured days that give your leadership team a complete first cycle — so you experience the system before deciding whether to build the next year around it.

The Structure

The Three Days

01

identityOS · Day 1

The Identity Exchange

Where every person on the team starts

Before a team can operate well together, each person has to know who they actually are underneath the roles they perform. Day 1 is a guided, facilitator-led process that moves each participant from surface-level personas to a clear, durable sense of identity — the foundation everything else in the system is built on.

02

identityOS · Day 2

The Six Dimensions

Mapping identity into how you lead, build, and collaborate

With that foundation in place, Day 2 maps what it means across six dimensions of how a person is designed to operate — as a leader, a collaborator, and a builder. Each participant leaves with a completed identity map: a living document they return to in every session that follows.

03

corporateOS · Day 3

Corporate Clarity

Turning individual clarity into organizational structure

Day 3 turns what the team just discovered about themselves into how the business actually runs: a People Map built on real identity fit, the quarter’s priorities, a weekly meeting rhythm launched before anyone leaves the room, and clear, owned issues and to-do lists.

What You’ll Leave With
A completed personal identity map for every participant
A People Map with identity fit assessed for every seat on the team
This quarter’s priorities (Rocks), each with one owner and a completion date
A weekly leadership meeting with clear agenda — scheduled, on the calendar, ready to run
A named, prioritized issues list with next actions assigned

This isn’t a preview of the system — it’s the complete first cycle. Teams leave with real, working tools, not just a framework they still have to build themselves.

Who This Is For

Founders and leadership teams who have not tried operating systems or have tried other systems and found they addressed the business but never the people running it.  Also addresses companies who sense their growth ceiling is not only strategic, but personal as well. Start with the leadership team to get the most out of the room; the entire organization can cascade the process department by department once the leadership team has completed it.

The Facilitator

Every Intensive is led personally by a facilitator trained directly in the Identity Exchange process, with experience running it in rooms from a handful of people to 50-plus.

What Comes After

Many teams choose to continue into the full dreamfactoryOS rhythm once they’ve felt how the first three days work in their own room — Co-Create vision building, quarterly Align & Reset sessions, and an annual Refresh & Renew, all built on the foundation set here. The Intensive stands complete on its own; it’s also the natural on-ramp if you decide to go further. See the full process →
