inside real businesses…and a growing conviction that the health of a business
cannot be separated from the people leading it.
We don’t believe leaders should have to choose between developing healthier people and building a healthier business. The two belong together.
A healthy business is not built by strengthening one area in isolation. Leadership, execution, financial intelligence, and the right support all reinforce one another.
When those pieces begin working together, the business starts to operate differently…with greater clarity, stronger execution, better decisions, and less dependence on one person to hold everything together.

J.D. Frazier founded dreamfactoryOS after more than 25 years of leadership and entrepreneurship, including roughly 15 years as a CEO, President and business owner. His experience spans both large organizations and entrepreneurial businesses, including leadership inside one of the largest and fastest growing churches in America, where he helped lead a program serving thousands of people and hundreds of volunteer leaders.
In 2005, he acquired a small industrial inspection company. Without outside equity, he turned the business around expanding markets, revenue, and profit by several multiples over the next 14 years. In 2017, Hurricane Harvey destroyed more than 95 percent of the company’s fleet and equipment. He and the team rebuilt, and he exited the business in December 2019.
As that chapter of his business career was coming to a close in 2019, J.D. began receiving direct mentorship from Jamie Winship, deepening his work around identity, leadership and organizational health. That work later became a foundation for dreamfactoryOS. He holds a business degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
